Bear Valley Visitor Center is the perfect location to start before exploring Point Reyes National Seashore.  The visitor center resembles a museum exhibit on what may be found out in the park’s natural habitat, including a glimpse of the diverse ecosystems and cultural heritage of the park as well as a self-guided walking tour to see flora, insects, small and large creatures that inhabit the park.  Audio-visual programs, shown in the auditorium, are also available upon request.
