Artist Open Studio with Liana Steinmetz at Nick's Cove Tomales Bay

Liana Steinmetz will be offering a live plein air painting demonstration and artist talk to showcase her process in the garden at Nick’s Cove.
Liana Steinmetz started painting landscapes after graduating college, when her brother gave her an outdoor easel. Since then, she has been making paintings that reflect her gratitude, excitement and awe for the natural world. For education, Liana has created her own path, choosing teachers and books to learn from as she goes. Although Liana has traveled across the US, Latin America and China with her easel, nothing compares to painting her native home of California.
The demonstration will take place at Nick's Cove up in the waterfront garden. Those who attend will learn about Liana's process, enjoy the beautiful surroundings, and connect with fellow art enthusiasts. This in-person event is a great opportunity to relax, unwind, and be inspired.
