Marin Century Bike Race at Stafford Lake Park

The Marin Century is one of the oldest non-competitive rides in the country and historically attracts over 2,000 riders for a day of cycling 25 to 120 miles followed by an afternoon picnic with live entertainment, catered food and expo festivities.
Hosted by Marin Cyclists, an all-volunteer non-profit organization, this year’s event is being held on August 3 at Stafford Lake Park in Novato. Approximately 1,500 participants are expected to attend, which is a decrease compared to prior years, where we typically hosted more than 2,000 riders. Participants select one of three well-marked routes, ranging from 62 to 100 miles and online resevations are being accepted in the above website link. More details about the ride can be found here.
