Fresh Starts Chef Event with Roberth Sundell at The Key Room

Savor a taste of Sweden with Chef Roberth Sundell of Stockhome restaurant in Petaluma, which serves family fare from his birthplace alongside its popular Turkish street food. Rotating specials and events like a Midsummer Celebration have drawn loyal fans and a Michelin Bib Gourmand. His menu:
- Gravlax with Mustard Sauce & Petite Greens
- Swedish Meatballs with Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Pickled Cucumber & Lingonberry
- Swedish Pancake with Spring Berries & Vanilla Whipped Cream
Each reservation for this unique interactive event includes two glasses of wine, if desired, to accompany your meal.
Stockhome opened in 2018, building on success from a now-closed restaurant called Pläj that offered upscale dining in San Francisco. The Petaluma spot features seasonal items like Semla, a cream-filled Swedish pastry, as well as a corner boutique with candy and housewares.
