Abstract Art Energy and Color with Peller Marion at O'Hanlon Center

We will provide a supportive artistic experience that allows you to explore art materials and create colorful, abstract work while getting back into the art processes you love.
Abstract art is art that does not represent an accurate depiction of visual reality, communicating instead through lines, shapes, colors, forms and gestural marks. Together we will create our own abstractions using various media such as tempera, acrylic paint, oil sticks, Craypas and found images.
Abstraction gives artists a new level of freedom to experiment with artistic methods and allows artists to reshape the traditional meaning of what “art” is.
Led by Dr. Peller Marion. Consulting psychologist, author, artist. Price: $120 plus $10 Materials Fee to be paid to the instructor the day of the class. Online Reservations are required in the above website link.
