The Marin Convention & Visitors Bureau (MCVB) is a private 501-c6 organization funded by a Business Improvement District (BID). The MCVB represents nine Marin communities: Corte Madera, Fairfax, Larkspur, Mill Valley, Novato, San Anselmo, San Rafael, Tiburon, and the West Marin Visitors Bureau. We promote Marin County as an overnight destination through marketing programs, collateral materials, trade missions, and partnership with other industry-related organizations. Our mission is to develop a sustainable visitor base to Marin County, enhance the local economies, and protect the natural resources through responsible promotion.

Mark Essman |
Mark oversees the administrative and financial activities for the MCVB. He provides staff support for the MCVB Board of Directors, as well as personal supervision and project coordination. |

Christine oversees all MCVB group travel and meeting requests, marketing, promotions, and public and media relations for the conference and group industry. | ||||||

Deborah Jean Albre |
Deborah oversees and provides design and creative development of marketing and collateral materials, advertising programs, and member-related events. She also manages the daily operations of the MCVB visitor center/administrative office and acts as liaison to the Marin County Film Resource Office. | ||||||

Gina Marr |
Gina is responsible for managing non-lodging businesses within the visitor market. This includes full membership administration, value-add programs, and marketing / public relations for all MCVB members, as well as managing the fulfillments program. Gina is also the designated liaison for the West Marin Visitors Bureau lodging group and oversees daily operation of Marin Visitors Center West in Olema. |

Anuschka Schneider |
Anuschka assists the President and CEO in developing, administering, and coordinating marketing programs and sales collateral for Marin County. She is also responsible for the optimization of the MCVB website for internet search engines (SEO), and is the designated liaison for all social media inquiries. |
