The West Marin Visitors Bureau is a lodging group, consisting of nine lodging properties that came together in October 2008 to partner with the Marin Convention & Visitors Bureau (MCVB), with the primary goal of marketing the West Marin / Point Reyes area as an overnight destination for visitors. The Marin Convention & Visitors Bureau has been growing the partnership market in this area to include restaurants, outdoor activities, and other businesses that support visitors. Both the West Marin Visitors Bureau and the Marin Convention & Visitors Bureau are open for increased lodging participation, and since 2008, two additional lodging properties have joined.
The communities represented in the West Marin / Point Reyes area consists of Olema, Point Reyes Station, and Inverness.
