Guided Cheese Tasting at Nicasio Valley Cheese Company on Fridays

Come on out and be welcomed by one of our founding family members, Rick Lafranchi, who will give you a rundown of our family ranch and creamery history. You will meet our head cheesemaker, Jeremy Catrambone and introduce you to how we make our cheeses. Next is cheese tasting with Flo Brizzard, store manage and she will lead you on a tasting of 6 of our award winning cheeses, followed by a walk to the family house for an overview of the family dairy operation.
Tickets are $40.00 per person and can be purchased in the above website link. Ticket includes a tasting of 6 cheeses and a non-alcoholic drink.
