Born and raised in New Orleans, Chef Tony Najiola is the great-grandson of a Sicilian vegetable farmer. His farm-to-table Central Market restaurant in Petaluma, opened in 2003, serves rustic California-Mediterranean cuisine, combining American recipes with Wine Country sensibility. Originally drawn to Petaluma for the town's rich agricultural roots, Chef Tony purchased nearby land for a farm, which has been supplying an organic bounty directly to his restaurant for the last few years.
