The Cheese School of San Francisco invites you to their Master Class: Cheese and Chocolate Pairing. At first glance, cheese and chocolate may seem strange bed fellows. But with guidance from international chocolate critic Clay Gordon and cheesemonger extraordinaire Betty Koster, the possibilities become endless. You'll learn not only about new and exciting confections in the world of chocolate but also the right cheeses to make them both sing.
Class Fee: from $55 per person
Registration available online. Class registrations (and payment) must be made in advance.
The Cheese School is located at 2124 Folsom Street, San Francisco, CA 94110, on Folsom Street between 17th and 18th Street in the Mission. There is a parking lot located just over a block from the school at 17th and Shotwell Streets. Additionally, the immediate neighborhood has unrestricted street parking (please remember to lock your doors and stash valuables). The school is about a 7-minute walk from the 16th Street Mission BART station.
